My Opinion: I was sent a package of alternaVites for review and I would prefer to take this over a pill, any day. They have a pleasant flavor and it dissolves very quickly. The only thing that I don't much like about it is that there's so much to consume. Think the flavor packets for water.. there's that much that you're supposed to take. I wish it was only a small packet. I would definitely recommend this to those who can't or have a hard time swallowing pills.
