Over the last few years, I've been researching different educational programs and just recently I've found The Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship. Now this isn't your usual education program. The Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship provides recent college graduates and those in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering or Math who'd like to change paths, with $30,000 stipend to complete their Master's Degree with one of fourteen participating universities! This is great for those who finished college but want to change course and go back to get a Masters in another subject.

Candidates will include individuals:
  • Who have completed an undergraduate degree in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering or Math by June 2011.
  • Who have graduated with a 3.0 grade point average or higher.
  • Who have demonstrated a commitment to the program and it's goals.
Participants will:
  • Complete a field-based master's degree in teacher education.
  • Commit to teach in a high need high school for at least three years.
  • Receive intensive support and mentoring in the classroom.
The Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship is looking to recruit, prepare and retain effective teachers for students and schools who will need them the most.

If you're looking to switch gears and earn your Masters Degree in Teaching, look into The Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship. They're happy to provide you with the information you need and help you take the steps you need to take in order to get started.
