Bad enough where he wanted to go to the ER which NEVER happens. Ever. He searched the nearest hospital in our in-dash navigation and was on his way. That's when we learned our lesson. The navigation had not been updated and he arrived at an open field to which the navigation had marked as the hospital. He didn't know what to do. Thankfully he wasn't dying. He stopped to look around and actually seen the hospital on the other side of the high way, in the other direction.
