Another great online school opportunity!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of 2tor. All opinions are 100% mine.

I've talking to you all before about the benefits of getting your degree online and if you have failed to read those posts, I encourage you to read this one. The benefits are endless and it's extremely easy to do. And because bullets are much easier to read (and write) I'll give it in bullet form that way it will give you a quick review of why getting your online degree is not only easy to do but beneficial to you and your family.

  • Not only will you be able to participate in interactive online learning but you will also be able to participate in field based learning experiences. That means those of you who learn from reading AND those who learn from seeing will be good to go.
  • They have an amazing tuition reimbursement program as well as scholarships and an accelerated program that you can complete in as little as 12 months! No more trying to schedule 4-6 years of online classes with your family or friends. Get it done quickly!
  • You will have access to the MAT@USC Student Blog where you will be able to hear insights on the program from actual USC students.
  • You will become part of the MAT@USC team which was awarded for their innovative use of technology in education by AACTE.
  • You will also be able to enjoy technology videos that introduce interactivity.
  • You will also be the first cohorts of the MAT@USC to graduate in May.
  • You can earn a Master of Arts in Teaching degree from the internationally renowned research institute that has a 100 year history of educating teachers to be 'agents of change'.
  • You will be attending a school that has been ranked #22 in the US and #9 among private universities by US News and World Report!
  • You will be given the opportunity to learn from distinguished USC faculty which have been recognized for their contributions to modern education.
  • When enrolling with USC you will receive full USC student status and benefits. You will be able to participate in commencement ceremonies and you will also receive free lifetime Alumni Association Memberships!

This is an opprotunity for you to become part of the elite USC Trojan Family! Don't put it off any longer. Imagine how much happier you will feel about becoming a better person for yourself and your family. No one ever leaves college after receiving their degree and says, "That was a waste of time". So stop putting it off. If a degree is what you're after... then take a look at USC's program information. They have a really great program.

Ashworth College - A New Venture

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Ashworth College. All opinions are 100% mine.

Growing up, I was raised around a family where all parties old enough, worked. We had anything from construction workers, housekeepers, cooks, bankers, truck drivers, fast food employees, etc. We definitely had a little bit of everything. In our age, we did not grow up with stay at home mom's or part time workers. If someone did work part-time somewhere, they worked multiple jobs to make up for the time they weren't getting with the first job.

Now days, it's perfectly acceptable to have stay at home mom's (like I used to be) and mom's who work part time, especially now that the economy isn't so great. Many of my friends are stay at home mom's and those many of them have recently started going back to school to earn degrees that will allow them to work part time and possibly even from home.

I actually received my high school diploma through Ashworth College's sister company and I was very impressed with how easy it was and how everything was completely at your own pace. You can work part time on your degree at home and be there when your kids need you and with Ashworth it may not cost as much as you think, research has shown that Ashworth College tuition is 50% less than the average accredited online school! That's like a 50% off coupon! How great is that!?!

Not only is their tuition significantly less than other's around, but their tuition is for all books and materials needed for your courses. It makes things very simple when you only have one payment to make. Ashworth also offers 0% (zero!) financing and a low monthly payment plan for those interested. Their monthly payments can run as low as a couple of large pizzas! I'm sure you can give up a few large pizza's, per month, all in exchange for a degree! Ashworth College Featured by National Education Report

The best part, I think, about this program is that you're guaranteed to graduate without any student load debt!!!

You can also transfer at just about any time! Ashworth Online College accepts up to 75% of credits earned at other schools!  You can choose from over 100 nationally accredited career diploma, associate, bachelor's and master's degrees as well as certificate programs for today's top and most popular careers, such as; medical billing, web design, bridal consulting, interior decorating, human resources, marketing, early childhood education and much, much more!

Why not take a few minutes a day and earn that degree that you've always wanted?

Contact Ashworth College and find out how easy it can be. You can also view the Ashworth Video Gallery to find out more.

Soap Soundz - Musical Hand Soap

Sponsored by Tomoson.com
SoapSoundz Muzical Hand Soap is a great invention to help those kids remember to wash those hands, especially after going potty. They will want to wash their hands to hear the special little message that waits for Hygiene Heroes.

Soap Soundz Musical Hand Soap is a brand new line that may look like a regular bottle of hand soap but it is far from ordinary. When the handle is pushed, not only does it dispense some soap but it also shares a special little message to encourage little users to wash their hands.

Hygiene Heroes is a line targeted toward children and toddlers with fun music and a message to wash longer and more often which leads to healthier kids and healthier homes. The message/music acts as a timer, playing for 20 seconds, teaching children the proper time to wash their hands, according to the CDC's minimum wash time for effective hand washing.

The Season Harmony collection is a great accent to kitchens, baths, etc during major holidays. The Season Harmony line offers a Halloween, Memorial Day and Christmas version and the music it plays is relevant to the particular holiday it represents.

My Opinion: I was sent a Soap Soundz Musical Hand Soap for review and although my son is only 11 months, I still wash his hands. It's an important habit that I would like to start early and am determined to do so. Little hands get yucky very quickly and I do my best to keep them as clean as possible at all times! Soap Soundz makes it fun for him and in my opinion, that's always a great thing!

Would you like to have a chance to test out Soap Soundz Musical Hand Soap
? Here's how you can!

SmartKnitKids - Seamless Socks

Sponsored by Tomoson.com

SmartKnitKids Socks are a great sock for any foot. They are 100% truly seamless and don't have any seams to bug you. SmartKnitKids socks are a great sock for kids/people with sensory processing disorders, autism or for those of you who simply just hate annoying sock seams.

SmartKnitKids socks are completely form fitting to assure that you don't have to deal with annoying wrinkles or bunches, which are also great for infants. These socks just don't fall off. Another great feature about these socks are that they don't have a heel so they can be put on confidently by even the youngest of users. You don't have to worry about them being on wrong. This also keeps you child from growing out of their socks so fast.

My Opinion: We love these little darlings. We received two pairs for JJ for review and we love them. They are knitted so they truly do NOT have a seam. They stay on and don't get saggy after hours of wear. They're truly wonderful! When they're not on his feet, they can often be found hanging out of his mouth while he's wondering around the house. It's hilarious!

Would you like a chance to have some SmartKnitKids socks for yourself or someone you love? Here's how you can!

Alternavites - Multivitamines & Minerals

Sponsored by Tomoson.com
alternaVites was a fab product developed because the last thing anyone ever needs is another pill to take. alternaVites believes that the world doesn't need another vitamin, it needs a breakthrough vitamin. alternaVites gives you all the vitamins you need without having a hard to swallow, bad tasting pill.

alternaVites isn't just a vitamin. It's a multivitamin with mineral crystals that contains 23 essential nutrients that is simply sprinkled on your tongue to dissolve in seconds. alternaVites is a pleasant tasting powder that has a mixed berry flavor that requires no water or preparation time. alternaVites are packaged individually in daily dose packets for convenience and portability.

alternaVites contains no sugar, no artificial colors, no artificial flavors or preservatives, no chemicals used to glue pills together and is vegan!

My Opinion: I was sent a package of alternaVites for review and I would prefer to take this over a pill, any day. They have a pleasant flavor and it dissolves very quickly. The only thing that I don't much like about it is that there's so much to consume. Think the flavor packets for water.. there's that much that you're supposed to take. I wish it was only a small packet. I would definitely recommend this to those who can't or have a hard time swallowing pills.

Would you like to have a chance to test out some alternaVites? Here's how you can!

Buy It! Visit alternaVites and purchase some for $29.99.

Win It! To enter, follow alternaVites on facebook and come back here telling me you do so!

US Trivia Games Pack

My family and I are all about games these days and learning at the same time is just an added bonus. It keeps us all entertained at the same time we're having fun. US Trivia Games Pack does just that. Gives us a little something to think about while we're having fun. It gives us trivia questions to play with all corresponding to the US, of course.

The one thing that we don't like about this system is that it's pretty common knowledge trivia questions. It gives you 10 or so questions with each state and our state questions were pretty relevant to us and we've only been here for 3 years. So if it's easy for us, it has to be really easy for live time residents. It would be a great trivia games pack for younger kids who may not know these facts!

Otherwise it's a fun idea!

If you would like to have a US Trivia Games Pack, you can find it here, for $19.95.

I would like to send a special thank you to US Trivia Games Pack for providing the review items! I was not compensated in any other way and the statements within this post are of my own and honest opinions and have NOT been swayed, in any way, by the company or it's representatives.

Oliver's Labels

Anyone with a child knows how hard it is to keep kids items separate from other kids' stuff. The wrong cloths get taken home, sippy cups get lost and things get left behind. Not anymore! Oliver's Labels are the super hero of labels. Not only are they super cool to look at, they're amazingly strong! They don't come off in the washer/dishwasher nor do they come off during use. They're great!

We were sent a sample pack of labels to use and are in love with them. We received a super cute set to put in his shoes. Ones for sippy cups, clothing labels and anything else we'd like to put them on.

We LOVE these labels. They get a 10 out of 10 from us and they're a must-have item on our list. We will be ordering more.

They also have this amazing little feature that is great for those kids with sensitivities. Simply place a sticker in sight to remind others that your little one can't have nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.

Would you like to have some Oliver's Labels for yourself or a little one in your life? Here's how you can!

Buy It! Oliver's Labels can be purchased in packages (or individually, as well!) from $26.99 (for 58 labels) to $58.99 (for 151 labels)!

I would like to send a special thank you to Oliver's Labels for providing the review items! I was not compensated in any other way and the statements within this post are of my own and honest opinions and have NOT been swayed, in any way, by the company or it's representatives.

Fantasy Jewelry Box

Fantasy Jewelry Box is your one stop shop for a great line of imitation diamond and fashion jewelry. They carry a wonderful line of jewelry for women as well as a great line for me. They have ringsbraceletsearringsnecklacespendants and even matching sets! My favorite is their line of Animal Inspired Jewelry. How precious are they?! Did I mention that they have a huge collection of pieces all under $25 or less!!

Joyce was kind enough to send us Alexander's Classic Dome Tungsten Wedding Band for review.

Likes: This ring was completely for my husband. Last year, when I was 5 months pregnant with my son, my husband surprised me with a brand new AMAZING wedding ring for me. It's exactly everything that I ever wanted and more. The fact that he did it just made my heart swell. (after I smacked him for going behind my back, of course, but that's a whole other story). I've wanted to return the favor of a nice ring for a while now. He little gold band is not exactly what we wanted for him, not to mention that it doesn't even match my ring, now. So when Joyce, the Marketing Rep for Fantasy Jewelry Box said it's time for another giveaway, I was ecstatic to give Sr something that he would finally love having on his hand. At first he was a little unsure about it because it was MUCH heavier than his old ring, but now, a few weeks later, he LOVES it. He's completely used to it now and gets complements on it all the time.

Dislikes: This isn't really a dislike but just something that I wanted to note. When picking your size of ring, be careful. I didn't have any issues with my ring sizes but when we fallowed the ring size for my husband, the ring that came was WAY too big. Big enough that it would easily slide off his finger. Thankfully Joyce let us return it to get the sizing correct. Now he's a size smaller and it fits perfectly.

Rating: 10 out of 10!

NMEDA - The Road to Independence

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of NMEDA. All opinions are 100% mine and have not been swayed by the company.

NMEDA is a non-profit trade association that helps educate consumer on buying products from NMEDA qualified dealers. NMEDA does not sell anything, but they are the only association that promotes safe driving and equipment for disabled people. Their members are required to follow the safety standards of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. NMEDA dealers (members) are the kind people who sell handicap vans and vehicle modifications to those in need.

One thing about NMEDA is they truly understand that no two disabled people are the same. They urge you to beware of adapted wheelchair vehicles sold over the internet or through catalogs. NMEDA offers a personalized 'in-person' evaluation so you can be sure you are getting the right driving solution customized to your specific lifestyle and need. If you need any additional training or adjustments, your NMEDA dealer is there and willing to help.

Not only does NMEDA offer dealers that are more than willing to help with anything you may need but they also have great Quality Assurance Program dealers. QAP dealers are the only nationally recognized accreditation program for the Adaptive Mobility Equipment industry! Their base principle is in order to satisfy customers consistently, companies must have a systematic and documented approach to quality.

I have not personally had to deal with a disabled family member learning how to drive but I have had to learn how to drive myself. It's a HUGE responsibility and I couldn't imagine trying to figure it all out by myself, if I was disabled. Disabled people should NOT have to deal with this alone. NMEDA dealers are ready to help! They can help those you love get back on the road to independence, without the hassle of doing it yourself.

Do you have a dealer near you? Search their dealer locator to find out! I do! I have one here in town just down the road from where I live.

Taylor Refrigerator & Freezer Thermometer

Taylor is the maker of many fine products, many of them including Thermometers of all shapes and sizes and for all different products. Taylor was kind enough to send us a Classic Freezer-Refrigerator Thermometer for review.

Likes: I do have to say that I have an automatic thermometer in my side by side refrigerator but it's nice to be over cautious when it comes to food safety and the health of my family and I love to have an additional thermometer in my fridge as well as an extra in the door of my fridge. Some of you may not know this but fridge doors are the warmest part of your fridge, which is why all temperature sensitive products; milk, meat, etc, should be stored as far down and back as possible. Of course all meat products should be stored under all other food products. I love the easy to read temperature settings and clearly labeled safe zones, as well. I love the wide temperature range; 20°F to 70°F. It also comes with 2 hooks that can be used to hook on shelves (although mine are glass so I can't use mine).

Dislikes: I wish it had other mounting options other than just the hooks or standing.

Rating: 8 out of 10.

Would you like to have a Taylor Freezer-Refrigerator Thermometer for yourself or someone you love? Here's how you can!

Buy It! Visit Taylor and purchase a Classic Freezer-Refrigerator Thermometer for $4.99.

I would like to send a special Thank You to Taylor for providing us the item reviewed! I was not compensated in any other way for this post and will not receive commission off sales. These are my own honest opinions that have not been swayed by the company in any way.

Sprout Change

Sprout Change was created by Mom and entrepreneur, Catherine Bolden, whom also created WillowPads and The Willow Store back in 2005.  Just like you, she wanted to make a difference in our children’s lives—to make them better. That is why she created this new diaper, Sprout Change. Their motto: Softer. Safer. Save. Our products must be more comfortable, safer for our health and environment, and save us money. These are the founding principles of what the Willow Store is all about."  The Willow Store is committed to the reusable movement and products made in the USA.

Sprout Change reusable cloth diapers are just one product of many at The Willow Store.   At The Willow Store you will not only find the Sprout Change diapering system, but also several other products including: cloth wipes; a diaper sprayer, feminine products, nursing pads, baby gear, and natural laundering products.  Catherine has been kind enough to send a One Size Sprout Change v2 Shell that had an organic insert.

Likes:  This diaper is reversible, yes!  Every cover has 2 colors and you can choose which one you would like to use, this is the only diaper on the market that has this feature!  This diaper has mess free gussets.  The Sprout Change diaper is a one size diaper that fits a child from 5 pounds to 40 pounds, making it cost efficient.  Having a “shell” diaper system means that you do not need as many diapers, with 3-4 shells and 12 booster sets from ages 0-6 months as Sprout Change recommends, you should be ready to cloth diaper.  With the adjustable elastic around the backside and with in the leg openings, a good tight fit is provided (they also provide suggested settings for the elastic in the legs and back, which is a nice starting point).  The organic insert was very absorbent and we did not having any leaking issues with this diaper, there is also plenty of room to layer any insert of choice.

Dislikes:   For us, this diaper did not fit well, it was gapping in the front as there is no elastic or adjustability.  My daughter is very slim which could in fact be a large contributor to the fit in the front.  The legs fit well as did the backside.    Personally for me, I wish the elastic button holes were labeled with numbers, so I knew which settings were recommended, I guessed based on the chart.  The trimness of the diaper seemed to be compromised by the side snapping and the “pockets” to stick the elastic in, I wish a little more of the bulk could be wrapped to the front.
