Day 12 - Something people never compliment you on?
Now that I've had my son, my weight is something I struggle with. I am now 5 foot 2 and about 138 pounds. I wish I could get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and not have the extra baby weight. Some say it will come off when I stop nursing. I wonder if it ever will.
My goal, however, is to get where people are stunned that I had a child 9 months ago.
What do people fail to compliment you on?
Here is the secret...though you are a few months late on it. Get pregnant again immediately and also continue to exercise (I was teaching aerobics so it was my job) and nurse during pregnancy- until your milk decides to dry up.
ReplyDeleteWhen baby #2 gets here you are so busy taking care of 2 babies that you don't have time/ or forget to eat. And if you still workout and nurse for a long time, you will end up thinner than you were before you got pregnant. So go wake your husband up.....just kidding :) Sorry....I had to throw that one in. I feel the same way. People used to say how thin I was, but lately, they've been telling me how I look bigger. I've heard this recently from one of my aunts and my own grandmother. Ugh! I loved how I looked before I got pregnant. Now, 4 years after having my son, I'm working super hard to get these extra few pounds off.
ReplyDeleteOh you shouldn't worry so much! You sound small to me! People compliment me on my eyes :) They are the color of the sky when it's really, really blue.
